Terms of Service - Fader Flow

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fader Flow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fader Flow provides studio management software that enables recording studios to manage bookings, subscriptions, client relationships, and payments. The Service includes tools for scheduling, credit-based booking systems, and integration with third-party payment processors.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Studio Owner Responsibilities

As a studio owner using Fader Flow, you are responsible for:

Setting accurate pricing for your services and subscriptions
Honoring bookings made through the platform
Managing your client relationships and communications
Complying with all applicable laws regarding your business operations
Maintaining your own Stripe account and complying with Stripe's terms of service

5. Payments and Billing

Fader Flow uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payments between studios and their clients. All payments flow directly through your connected Stripe account. Fader Flow does not hold or process payments on your behalf.

Subscription fees for Fader Flow are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our money-back guarantee.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 200% money-back guarantee for the first 60 days of use. If you use Fader Flow for 60 days and don't earn back what you paid in subscription fees through client subscriptions, we will refund 200% of your payment. To request a refund, contact support@faderflow.com with documentation of your usage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fader Flow. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service, including client information, booking details, and business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or laws
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination by contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fader Flow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

12. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
